Service Description
Full Body Massage Unless specified different by my client. It is tailor to each clients specific needs. This massage includes Scalp to Feet Massage including Hands. 2 Hot stones on the back to help relax and ease tension, includes a hot towel with Japanese Mint Oil and 2 Hot towels on the feet. Therapeutic massage is a general term that describes any type of massage modality that helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem. Deep tissue massage centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the tense areas, either following or going across the fiber's of the muscles, tendons and fascia. Swedish Massage/Relaxation both calms the nervous system and relaxes muscular tension.
